Villa Dunaj turned our road trip around after we fled a terrible nearby hotel. We booked just five minutes before we arrived, yet the staff were ready with such a warm welcome. The place was spotless, clean to a hospital standard. Our triple room was really a lovely little apartment, with a fully stocked kitchenette and a very quiet atmosphere. They left complimentary water for us. We didn't ask for room service during our two-night stay because we left early for Vienna and got back late, but on the second day they still tidied the room, made the bed, and replenished the water. Incredible hospitality! A couple of tips: get the breakfast. We skipped it, then saw what they offered for around €10 and regretted it a lot. The location also works really well if you have a car and want to visit Bratislava, less than 30 minutes away, Vienna, or Budapest. There's a late-night McDonald's just five minutes away too. If we take another road trip in Slovakia, we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A wonderful little hotel, modern and really well equipped. The staff were multilingual, professional, and extremely polite. Breakfast is a buffet with a great selection, and there's free coffee and bottled water all day. I highly recommend it!
