The staff were rude and unhelpful. They accepted our reservation several days ahead, then declined our booking on the day we were due to arrive, without giving a real explanation. They also didn’t suggest any alternative places or hotels we could go to.

The breakfast was fresh and really tasty, and choosing what we wanted the day before worked well. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, with a tasteful rustic finish that felt solid and practical. The guesthouse is right in the center and has a gated car park with plenty of spaces. The staff were especially lovely and helpful, and looked after us as well as anyone could. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The weak WiFi was the one real drawback, and breakfast was just okay. Otherwise, the staff were great and showed me where to park in the courtyard. The rooms were clean, in good shape, and had decent equipment. It’s a lovely guesthouse with a historic feel, right in the center of Kežmarok.
