Eco friendly Hotel Dalia

The hotel does seem committed to reducing waste, which I appreciated. It’s affordable without giving up comfort, and the setting is quiet but still central. My room was clean and nice, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with fresh locally sourced ingredients that got the day off to a good start. Eco Friendly Hotel Dália exceeded my expectations. It felt like a peaceful, responsible place to stay in Košice, whether you’re there for work or leisure. I’ll return on my next trip.

The location suited me really well, with enough street parking even for bigger vehicles and a quick 10 minute walk to either the tran station or old Town, where the shops, bars, and restaurants are. The street wasn’t crowded, either. I felt lucky to find Eco. The rooms were spacious enough to be comfortable and very clean, with no complaints. The staff worked incredibly hard and were so friendly and easy to chat with. Ira and Gabča especially stood out. I enjoyed the stay and will come back when I’m in the area. Thanks for making it a great stay.

There’s plenty to like: the quiet location is close to the center, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast is varied and consistent. But parking is limited, and although the rooms are large, they smell old. The room and bed linen weren’t clean enough to give me the comfort I wanted. I couldn’t use the towels at all because of a sour smell, and I had to shower twice to get rid of it. This really shouldn’t be a 4-star hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and pleasant. It’s a nice place close to the city center, with a little park or garden, seating area, fountain, and restaurant inside the grounds. There’s only limited parking at the property, and it costs extra, so plenty of guests have to park on the street. Also, rooms facing the street get noisy from constant traffic.
