We had one of the quietest stays we’ve ever had, and the balcony was lovely. The shopping centre is across the road, McDonald’s is a 5-minute walk away, and the town is nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, though having basics like oil and salt would’ve helped. There were a few small annoyances in the room: the walk-in shower splashed water everywhere, and there weren’t any toiletries. We’d have appreciated little things like shampoo and toothpaste.

The breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful, and the rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is conveniently close to both the centre and the station, which made it easy for us to plan walks and outings. Staff welcomed us warmly and were helpful and professional throughout, always checking that we were happy. Thanks to the whole team for the wonderful service. We’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, quality place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, there was a full TV package for evening football, and the surroundings were quiet. Staff were excellent, very kind and professional. Parking is in a closed courtyard, breakfast was great, and the centre is a short walk away. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I spent three nights here on a business trip and came away very pleased. The staff were professional, helpful and really nice, and I appreciated being able to park in the hotel courtyard. My room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, including a kitchenette that makes the apartment hotel suitable for longer stays. Breakfast at GUITARCAFE, in the lovely hotel premises, was excellent, tasty and varied. I’m sure I’ll be happy to stay here again on future business trips to the area.

Everything was spotless, and the place felt warm and comfortable. The service was just as good and went beyond what we expected. We honestly felt like we were staying in a castle! Thanks to the whole team. We'd gladly come back. 😀👏🏼🙋♂️
