The inviting atmosphere made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The service was just okay, but it covered my basic needs. A decent stay overall.

My relative couldn't get any sleep because very loud music from what seemed to be a student party in the ballroom or function room carried into the suite until 3 a.m. They called reception about it, but it kept going. I'd booked the suite because they had a flight from the nearby airport the next morning and needed a restful night. The suite itself was clean and spacious, and the hotel was otherwise perfectly nice. Still, the poor response to the noise complaint spoiled it, and I won't book here again.
