The best part of our stay was the service. A young guy at reception was attentive and did everything he could to help when we had a small accident and needed a dressing and disinfectant for the wound. Five star service! Our twin room was spacious, simple and very clean, with comfortable beds and a quiet view of the inner courtyard. Towels and shower gel were provided. Breakfast was okay, with enough choice and decent quality. The hotel is just steps from the main square, and nearby parking is available. Construction work made it a bit difficult to get there, but the staff quickly helped us sort it out.

Lovely rooms, a good breakfast, and friendly staff. The location is great too.

We really enjoyed the spa and went for massages every day, for an extra charge. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, maybe the friendliest I've met on my travels. They were also happy to give us recommendations and advice. The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the city centre. We arrived early and got our room within half an hour.

No complaints from me. The bed, rooms, staff and check-in were all excellent.

The wellness area was nice, though it can feel crowded quickly if ten people are in it at once. The room was nice and functional, and the staff were friendly. It's a pleasant stay in the Old town of Kosice, within walking distance of the town center, bars, restaurants and everything else.
