Tatralandia apartment

We were charged the full ticket price at checkout for an indoor aquapark we never used. We thought going inside would mean we had to buy a ticket, so we only walked around the complex in autumn while looking for the nearby zoo entrance. The staff hadn’t explained how to use our bracelets to get into the pools and waterslides. The main issue was the poor English instructions, which I blame on management, not the staff. They should provide clear directions in English, even using Google Translate. The manager was rude, and her English seemed worse than the reception workers’. This place should be marked “We do not speak English.”

We left disappointed and won’t recommend this place. In October it was cold for our family with two small kids, and the children’s activities were limited. The things in the house were old and damaged. Bowling and the other activities cost extra. Staff couldn’t explain in English what access to the aqua park covered, and the reception manager was an unpleasant, angry woman who offered no help when things were misunderstood.

A minute after breakfast had ended, she still wouldn’t give me a little sugar for my mum’s tea. She spoke to me and treated me with no respect, as if I were nothing. I didn’t catch her name because I couldn’t see her badge. She had tattooed eyebrows and brownish-black hair.

The setting is nice, but the Wi-Fi in the rooms is poor.
