We were about to close the property, then I decided to ask two questions. Iveta, the property owner, responded very badly and refused to continue working with me. The way we were treated felt rude, humiliating, and insulting. It surprised and hurt us. I only asked whether there was air conditioning and heating in the bathroom. This was her response: “No, thank you. It is no normal. Sorry, but with Izerael people is allways problems .. i try to help, do photos.. but heating in the summer? Air conditions if is inside 21? I dont offer it in my accommodation. Next questions will be if I have sauna, jacuzi, massage.. aquapark? Please try to find other accommodation, best regards and all good. Iveta”
