The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was in good condition. It's quite okay for a three star hotel. Breakfast could be better, though. I missed cheese, an herbed spread like butter, better bread, and healthier rolls.
I was glad I only had to stay one night. They put me in an accessible room, number 114 on the first floor, for no reason. The room was cold, and the water was ice cold too, so I couldn't shower properly. Even after a quick shower, the bathroom flooded. When I checked out the next morning, I explained everything to the receptionist, but all she could say was, “I don't know.” After hearing that for the third time, I asked for compensation and got the same answer. I didn't have time to wait, and it seemed she didn't want to deal with the problem, so I left. I'm 100% sure I won't return or recommend this place to anyone.

The music was extremely loud on Friday and Saturday night, and went on until 5 a.m. They had warned me when I booked that I might hear some music in the room, but this was all of it, at full volume. You need to decide whether you're running a hotel or a nightclub. I don't think you can afford to be both.
The food is the only reason for my 3 rating. Breakfast was a little strange, and there was a strong chemical smell in the bedroom.
