We came in for a late lunch, so this is only about the meal. The food was good, and the mango ice cream with lava cake was very good too. The portions felt a little small for what we paid. What bothered me was how sticky the tables and benches were. With food, I think spotless hygiene is a must, and that's why I rated it this way.

We came for dinner only and didn’t stay at the pension. We tried six local dishes, and every one was fantastic. We’ve eaten plenty of Slovak food already, so we could tell the difference. A standout restaurant for local cooking, with dishes prepared really well.

Even with the place crowded, our food arrived in under five minutes. The portions were generous, the food was great, and the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We were ready for a change from the usual hearty Slovak food, so we ordered salads and chicken breasts with green beans. Everything was lovely, and the service was prompt. You can pay by card, and there’s a car park and a small playground out front. There’s seating inside as well as a covered terrace. It’s tucked further up one of the village streets, conveniently along a downhill hiking route. A little hidden gem in this part of the country.

We stopped in for a quick bite with family and friends. The views are superb, and the place has a really authentic feel. The sour cabbage soup was delightful, and we liked the drinks and dessert too. Slovak is the language to use. I’d have liked the waitresses to seem a bit more enthusiastic.
