Breakfast was generous and fresh, and we could pick the time that suited us. The room was clean and snug, with a lovely view across the city, though the beds felt a bit stiff. The owner was so polite and kind, and really tried to speak English. We appreciated that, and Google Translate made the small language gap easy to manage. Towels and soap were already in the room, and the lobby had plenty of extras if you needed them, like shampoo, teddy bears, frisbees, and drinks. We had a really nice stay for a fair price.

It’s about 4 km from the city center. The hotel feels old-fashioned, as if it hasn’t changed since the communist era.

I came here on a school trip with my class in Slovakia. It felt more like a motel than a hotel 😅. The rooms were passable, but the TV had no channels. The balcony door was extremely old, and once you went outside there was a chance you might not be able to get back in. One time they served us “lunch,” and the meat seemed genuinely bad, almost like it could have made someone ill.

Out on the edge of Nitra, this is a charming retro-style hotel. It worked perfectly for a one-night stay, and breakfast was included and very good.

I was only there for a few hours overnight. The place was a little old-fashioned but clean, and the price was really good. It’s easy to get to, though a factory nearby was very loud all night. The room had also heated up in the sun during the day.
