Hotel Atrium

This place felt more like a jail than a hotel. The infrastructure looked like it belonged in the 19th century, and the hotel walls were filthy. The receptionist yelled at me in Slovak, which I couldn’t understand, until another man came and handed me a room key. The room was awful. The mattress had several holes, there were CUM STAINS ON THE FLOOR, and the fridge was full of rotten food. I asked to switch rooms, but staff said they were kicking me out and wouldn’t refund me. I was glad to leave that horrifying place. These people belong in a jail cell.

The room smelled, and the bathroom was disgusting, with the tub looking like it had poo on it. There were bed bugs, crumbs on the floor, and stains on the carpet. The place feels like it belongs in the 19th century, the quality is awful, and the service is rude. It’s hard to find anyone at reception. Nobody should stay here unless they have nowhere else to go. I’d rather buy a sleeping bag and sleep outside with a homeless person.

I came because of PPPeter and wanted to show my support. After seeing the video, I was surprised by how decent the place looks, especially given its location and price. It seems like you’re really trying, and I’d stay there myself if I could travel. Keep going, you’re doing well! Maybe add an AC or fan system, though.

The restaurant staff were extremely rude, and nobody seemed to know how to smile. It would also be nice if reception spoke some foreign languages.
