The only issues were the broken toilet ventilation and the wellness area closing at 10 p.m. Aside from that, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast had plenty of options and was very good, and the staff were warm and helpful. The hotel also has a lovely view over the city.

The breakfasts were incredible, and everything was reasonably priced. The restaurant served good food with professional service, and everyone spoke English. Such a good hotel in a small Slovak town, with excellent service. I’d recommend it!

The wellness area could use more places to sit, but the pool and saunas were great. We had a welcoming stay at Zlatý Kľúčik, including a nice welcome drink. The coffee was great, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff were friendly and the service was exceptional. There’s a fantastic city view from the reception seating area and restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was okay. Our room had a garden terrace with a nice view, and the staff were kind. The hotel sits on a hill, so the road can feel a bit risky when it snows. We travel with dogs, and there are only a few nearby green spaces, but there are some.
