Atrium Hotel

The hotel was alright when it was new, but you can see its age in the rooms now. The location is nice, the reception staff were friendly, and it’s good for kids. Service at the bowling bar was pretty slow.

The staff were the kindest we’ve met, and we stay in hotels a lot. We’ll be back! Our stay was wonderful, with modern rooms and a balcony view that was just wow. The connected rooms had two bathrooms, which made things much easier with the kids, and we liked having a coffee machine too. It’s a great place for families. Our kid stayed busy with all the activities and loved the outdoor playground and pool. Dinner was included, and the food was really good.

We were a family of four, and the family room suited us well: two bedrooms and two bathrooms, though only one toilet. The rooms were clean. The pool area, Four Elements Aqua World, was fantastic. The kids loved the pool, slides and hot tub, and there’s a small bar there for coffee, juice or beer. MiniMe kids’ club was lovely, especially for younger children, and the hotel is very kid friendly. Gluten-free options mattered a lot to us, and there were plenty to choose from. Before we registered, I got full answers to my questions about the food and other things. Breakfast was great, and we also had dinner, which was very good and not too expensive. After 20, dinner is à la carte rather than buffet. The location is handy, about 10-15 minutes by car from the big ski resorts. Bring your own ski suits, though, as we couldn’t find a place that rented them. Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. I wish the room had a minibar, but it wasn’t a big deal. We really enjoyed the stay, including the service, and I’d recommend it for a family holiday. If we’re back in the area, we’ll book again without hesitation.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was really good, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We asked for cleaning just once, but that wasn’t satisfactory: the room wasn’t cleaned properly and not all the towels were changed. Even so, we’d recommend the hotel.
