There was some kitchen equipment, but no coffee machine, so even a basic coffee at the bar downstairs cost more than €2. The owner was arrogant and condescending, and rented this tiny room to three adults, leaving one of us to sleep on the floor. Neither the booking information nor anything after payment said that would happen. He mentioned a sauna at the hotel where his room is, but not that it costs €14 per person for two hours. Had I known, I definitely wouldn't have booked. It's disgusting what money can do. Photo attached.

We had a studio of about 25 square meters for two adults and our four-year-old, with a kitchenette and toilet. The rooms are clean and well cared for, and the large terraces have lovely wide views, either over Poprad and the foothills or the Tatras, depending on where your room is. There's a lobby bar, a children's play area and a wellness center. Parking is assigned to each room, in a garage or under a carport. Getting around is convenient whether you have a car or leave it parked for the whole holiday. A very nice place to unwind as a couple or with family. I'd say it deserves three stars.

The carport is included in the price, and the apartment stays warm in winter. It's modern and has everything we needed. A great option for up to three people.

The big, clean rooms and friendly staff keep bringing me back. I've been staying here for years because I like the accommodation's location and facilities too. 😉
