From the outside, the cottage is beautiful, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The husband who let us in seemed pleasant at first. In the bathroom, though, the sewage smelled, and we had to wash dishes in cold water because the hot water still wasn't coming through. A few hours into our stay, the power went out throughout the cottage. We were told it was supposedly due to a broken hot tub that had been presented to us as working. The same thing happened again the next day, even after the tub was disconnected. My one-year-old fell asleep after dark without a hot dinner or tea. There was no night guard, and the next morning we couldn't make a hot breakfast. I won't comment on how the owner and then the husband reacted. We left at around 8 pm because we were afraid of a short circuit, fire or some other problem. We'd been there about 20 hours, but they charged us for four nights and four days of accommodation tax and refused to refund the money. Still, they were nice enough to let us use the electricity for free 😂

It's tastefully decorated, but being only 5m from the road made it a bad choice for us. There’s no fence or privacy, and another cottage is right opposite. I wouldn't call it suitable for children. The shower was a disaster too, hot water only came out when you turned it on.

We got back today and had a great time. The cottage is beautiful, and the tub and sauna were great. The one small drawback is its position by the road. We might not have minded that if we didn't have a three-year-old little live wire, but we managed, and that's what matters.

A nice cottage at a good price.
