It’s reasonably priced and fine for a night’s sleep and a shower in the room. Don’t expect luxury, though. There’s no internet, and it can get chilly at night.

The reception is downstairs by the hostel entrance. The location is a real plus: shops and a park are close, and the City Hall is about four minutes away, with Miners' Square just a few minutes beyond. In front there are banks and a paid parking lot. The older, colorful-looking building combines a tourist hostel with a few businesses.

If you can put up with a sink under the shower, a balcony door secured with a little nail, and a wobbly toilet, the price is honestly pretty reasonable and it’s clean enough to sleep in. For PN Słowacki Kras, the park is so spread out that you’ll probably need a car.

A disaster. We stayed for a week and were shocked. For 14 euros, there was no WiFi, the water was rusty, and there was no TV or anything else. At that price, it could at least have been decent.
