The breakfast was a mess. The kitchen staff seemed moody and weren't restocking the buffet. I asked for chicken sausage after being told the buffet sausage was pork. They said they couldn't provide it, then when I offered to pay, told me the buffet sausage was chicken after all. Everyone seemed confused and unhappy. My room had no air conditioning, only an old fan blowing hot air on a night when it was around 30 degrees. I was told air conditioning costs 10 euros per night because I'd booked a standard room and only apartments have it. On arrival, the reception was shut behind a roller shutter, and someone kind enough to call them had to speak Slovak before staff came down to check me in. The booking site photos looked okay, so I thought it was a reasonable hotel, but the room decor looked like it was from the 70s. This hotel isn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There was no one working there to ask for help, and I still couldn't work out where the sauna was. The toilets smelled, there was no hot water, and the TV remote and AC didn't work. The hairdryer came off the wall, and there were bugs.

I booked because the hotel advertised a wellness centre, but it was closed when I arrived. Renovation work was underway with workers on site, and neither the work nor the closure had been mentioned when I booked directly or afterward.

The hotel was nice, and there’s a restaurant 150 meters away. Parking costs extra.

It was okay, it’ll do.
