We camp at Hotel Čingov campground maybe twice a year. It’s lovely and really quiet. In months without freezing temperatures, the sanitary facilities are clean and available. When it freezes, the kitchen building is open, so there’s no problem getting water. We especially like being able to use the hotel lobby and kids playcenter, and to order food and drinks. It’s nice to feel like hotel guests while camping. The price is a little high, especially if you can’t resist the indoor pool, but it’s definitely worth it.

The countryside around Hotel Čingov is beautiful, with lovely walks, fresh sweet tasting air, and wonderful scenery. It’s such a relaxed, unpretentious place to come with family and unwind. The staff felt almost like family, so friendly and helpful, and refreshingly real. The food was delicious, and with breakfast and dinner included in our three night stay, it was hard not to overeat. I may have put on a few extra kilograms, but that’s the price of being happy 😊. My wife loved the spa, pool, sauna, and cold plunge afterward. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A couple of Tesla chargers in the parking lot were a pleasant surprise, since they’re still not common. The place has lots for a relaxing visit: accommodation, a warm pool, massage, a bar, a restaurant, and a large garden for eating and drinking. My meal today was delicious and looked great, so credit to the chef! The swim cost more than I expected, though hotel guests can use it for free. That, along with the exterior look, especially from the garden, is why I gave four stars.

The lobby cafeteria made a decent first impression, and the service was OK, but we left disappointed. Once we'd paid, we noticed an extra drink on the bill that we hadn't ordered. The lady had read back our order before payment and deliberately left that drink out.

The building feels like it’s from the socialist era, and the bathroom looks like it’s from 88, yet you can charge your tesla here and the new wellness area is really good. This hotel has quite a mix of contrasts. I still have to give four stars for the truly top level service and staff. Having such nice staff feels like a little miracle.
