The room had a little balcony and was warm and comfortable, and breakfast was great. It’s a good-value spot right by Slovak Paradise National Park. Nothing modern or fancy, but a lovely place to stay.

The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable, with a fridge in the apartment, and the breakfast is tasty. It could be a nice weekend escape near Spisska and close to the forest. But weddings and birthday parties are held right below the rooms, and the noise makes it impossible to sleep. Even with the doors and windows shut, you can hear everything. There’s no air conditioning despite the high price, so closing them isn’t much of a solution. The celebrations can carry on until 4 a.m., not just until 10 or midnight.
We stayed for about four days while traveling from Ukraine because of the war. The place is quiet and beautiful, and the restaurant looks out toward the Tatra mountains and pine forest. We’re very grateful for the staff’s kindness, support and hospitality. Thank you so much.
Breakfast had plenty of choice, with free drinks and coffee, and the staff were nice. The place itself is pretty, but the Wi-Fi barely worked, and the thin walls let you hear everything next door, which was unpleasant. Dinner cost 10€ per person for only two types of food, with drinks charged extra. I wouldn’t call that a buffet. 3/5 experience.
We came for lunch as a group of seven. Several of us had eaten here before and said the service is consistently good and the food decent. I agree, and would recommend the restaurant. I can’t comment on the rooms since we didn’t stay overnight.
