We'd been travelling for a while and couldn't reach the apartment by 8 PM, so we called to let them know. They just told us to look for somewhere else to stay. We would have arrived around 10 PM.

We'd paid in advance, but when traffic and border checks made us late, we couldn't get hold of anyone through Booking.com messages or the listed phone number. Three hours later they sent another number. The administrator told us we couldn't check in late, with no flexibility or solution offered, and the conversation wasn't customer-friendly. It was our fault we were delayed, so keep this in mind if you book here. The administrator said we'd have to sleep on the street. Thankfully, another host was more flexible, so that didn't happen. Good luck in the future.

Because of an unfortunate delay, we couldn't get received or check in, and no alternative was offered beyond “sleep on the street.” We had to book another room elsewhere, and they still haven't offered any refund. The staff were horrible and not constructive at all. Accommodation service at its finest.

The house is lovely and so well equipped, thoughtfully designed by Monika, and friendly to families and babies. It's at the foot of the mountains, in a superb, peaceful spot for relaxing. We received great hospitality. Thanks so much, we'll be back!
