The balcony views are amazing. It’s a beautifully updated two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area near Nové Štrbské Pleso, with a large living room, kitchen, and dining room.

The rooms were spacious, elegant, and comfortable, and the place is close to the main town and a train station. Our main hassle was the doors: the chip usually didn't work, so we had to use the garage entrance. It was also difficult to communicate with the landlady in English.

The owner was kind and welcoming, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, modern, and roomy, with beautiful views right over Štrbské pleso. We had a great stay.

The Ukrainian woman behind the bar was nice, but the coffee was a real letdown. She ground the espresso beans so coarsely that it tasted like a bad instant mix. It came in a cold cup with no foam. I know and buy Štrbské presso, but I definitely wouldn't recommend the coffee here. Better to avoid it.

Everything is within walking distance, with the place right by Pleso. There's construction next door, so it will probably be noisy for a while. We'll definitely come back!
