The reception staff were friendly and communicated well, which stood out most during my one-night stay. The room and service were perfectly adequate, and having breakfast included in the price suited me. I left with a very good impression. Peter.

There’s no bus stop beside the hotel, which is inconvenient. Reception was unattended, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable: sometimes there was no connection, and it seemed to depend on how far you were from the center of the building. At night, the heating seemed to be off or turned down. Hot water sometimes took 5-10 minutes to arrive.

The room was cold, and the restaurant had no food, just a selection from the staff. For a hotel at this level, that’s not good!

There was nobody at reception. I ended up kissing the door handle...
