The play areas made this a really nice place for children, which we appreciated. We only stayed one night while travelling, and the breakfast was acceptable. A bit more attention to room cleaning would help, and natural yogurt would be a welcome addition to the buffet.

The staff made my three-week business stay, they were hardworking, wonderful women who helped with every request, and I'm very grateful for their service. My room was comfortable, with a great view of sunrise or falling snow, and the TV had Netflix so I could always find something in English. The large bathroom was spectacular, especially in winter, with both heated floors and a heated towel rack. Breakfast came on time and had plenty of choices. Their scrambled eggs were the best I've had in a hotel, and I loved the coffee too. The hotel is centrally located and has wonderful amenities.

The staff were kind and took care of us even though we arrived very late. The room was comfortable and quite nice, and breakfast offered plenty of options for different tastes. We picked this hotel for a one-night stop because it was close to the highway, and it had the facilities we expected. The woman at reception was especially kind and helpful.

The staff earned five stars from me, and the location is handy for both the motorway and the city. There’s a bowling alley to keep kids busy, at 19 euros an hour, and the young woman working there was lovely and gave great service. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and breakfast is good, but get there at least 30 minutes before closing because it’s cleared right on time. The room itself let us down. It wasn’t very clean: there was hair in the bed, the balcony ashtray was overflowing with cigarette ends, and the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable one we’ve ever slept on. Its linens had stains and hair too. The air conditioning only blew hot air, even with 36-degree heat outside. We tried opening the windows, but road noise and lots of mosquitoes meant the kids got bitten. It was a 50:50 stay. There’s a nighttime curfew and the parking area stays closed until 6 a.m. Keep your key card away from your phone and make sure it works for the side entrance. Otherwise, note down the emergency phone number at reception.

A small, pleasant hotel right in the heart of Stupava. The room was compact but clean, and the service was polite and efficient.
