The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a nice hotel close enough to the village center to get around on foot. Breakfast was generous and delicious. We arrived late, after reception had closed, but the Host kindly let us collect the apartment key at the hotel. The Host had also told us about road work nearby, so we could plan our arrival around it. The apartment was on the third floor under the roof, and parts of it were so low that we kept bumping our heads. The bathroom was roomy, but the tub was under the sloping ceiling, so a normally tall person couldn't shower comfortably. Hot water was another problem. At first, when the hotel had fewer guests, it eventually came through after we let it run for a long time. Once more guests arrived, we had no hot water. After entering the apartment on the third floor, there were more stairs to climb to reach the rooms.

The rooms were large, but I found the hotel much more expensive than others. Check-in meant going to another hotel some distance away, and I had to do the same again to check out.

The rooms were clean and functional, and the beds were very comfortable. But if you're counting on the sauna, don't come here. We called to ask about it and were simply told it wasn't working.

The room was clean, though it seemed a bit neglected. Bees kept getting in through a small gap in the window. Part of the floor was damaged, and the bath was only really usable sitting down because the ceiling was too low to stand under.

Clean, comfortable rooms and very good service. Nice place, nice people. We'd stay there again if we go to Tatrzanska Lomnica. :)
