A lovely quiet setting, with large, clean rooms and nicely chosen colors. Comfort was good, and the food was fine too, the usual breakfast buffet dishes done well. We had a reservation mix-up, but the staff helped us sort it out. Still, we felt like we were bothering them the whole time. They came across a little stiff. It wasn't a dealbreaker and I won't hold it against them, but a bit of warmth and a smile goes a long way when you work with people.

The ski slopes are only about an eight-minute walk away, and breakfast was a nice spread with several coffees, tea and juice. I really liked the coffee. The owners and staff were kind, and made the stay pleasant, thank you! The pension looks special inside as well as from the outside. I think we got one of the best rooms: spacious, renovated and very neat, with a terrace and a view straight toward the high tatras. The whole place was tidy. I'm glad I got to stay here!

We come back here every winter, since 2017. It's a beautiful place, very comfortable, and the service is helpful and great. Breakfast is very good, and there's a billiard table for the evenings. The ski lockers are another plus. (The dogs at reception are cute.)

Really recommend this place. It’s very clean and has its own feel, with an interior decorated in a way that fits the Tatras. The rooms, linens and beds were all clean. The hosts are kind and humble.
