The one big drawback was the heat. We visited during a week of tropical weather, and there’s no air conditioning anywhere in the building. Even the hot nights were hard to bear, so being able to cool the rooms would make a real difference. If one of the owners sees this, please consider it. It would improve the hotel, and our family would definitely like to return. The staff were lovely, proactive, and always smiling, while the food and service were perfect. Breakfast was buffet style, but rather simple in the Slovak way. I was also surprised that restaurant food and drink prices were much higher than in Prague. Despite that, we definitely enjoyed our stay and can only say nice things about it.

The view was amazing, and the wellness and spa area is really well equipped. The staff were nice and helpful. The food didn’t quite match the rest, but overall it’s an excellent hotel. Loved it.

We’ve visited three times now, which says how much we’ve enjoyed each stay. The hotel has a nice little pool and jacuzzi for a place of this size, and the spa quality is very good for the price. I tried the sauna world for the first time on this visit, and it’s stunning. We live in England, but whenever we’re in Slovakia, we always come here. There are lots of different saunas kept at consistently good temperatures, a great ice bath, and a relaxation area where you can lie down, unwind, and watch nature. Definitely planning to come more often.

A great experience, five stars and no drama. I did spot a lollipop wrapper under the bed, but that was the only issue. There’s also a very cute, sociable cat, though it got a bit invasive while we were eating breakfast.

I went just for the wellness center. There’s a nice variety of saunas and a really nice relaxation area, but only one small swimming pool and one jacuzzi. The price is pretty cheap.
