Hotel Nový Kaštieľ

We were charged 30 eur for a toilet seat that was already broken before we arrived. Flat 3 was old and had black mold. I didn't like the place at all.

The hotel was spotless, and that was one of the things it did best. The atmosphere was also incredibly relaxed, without feeling unprofessional. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from the receptionist to small gestures like a good morning in English or a wave hello. Check-in was easy, with an automatic machine in the lobby as well as reception. There was plenty of well arranged parking behind the hotel. I stayed here while I was receiving treatment at the clinic attached to the hotel. The continental breakfast was fine for 8 euros. There wasn't a bar, and I didn't see a spa or health facilities, which was a shame since we would have used them most days. There's a lovely park right beside the hotel, and Lidl is two minutes away. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to business or medical travellers. Thanks.

The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed, as the rooms are in a small park behind the main building. It was outstandingly clean and new in Summer 2023, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. We got a warm welcome, the paperwork was easy, and the check-in machine worked well too. No complaints at all. The price to value ratio is the best.

My three-year-old son was having medical treatment at the clinic in the hotel, so I stayed there with him. He has a health problem and cries at night, and we were then kept awake too. I got complaints about his crying, but how could I tell a little child not to cry? Nobody had told me the hotel was for adults only. I won't stay here again with kids.
