The small parking lot could get tricky when it's busy, but otherwise Hotel Zemplín was comfortable and had a pleasant feel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and well worth the price.

Some rooms have been renovated and are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. It's definitely better than a one-star place, more like three. If you need somewhere to stay in Trebisov, I wouldn't rule this hotel out.

The room was very spacious, and I'd probably stay here again if I need a place for the night. I stopped on my way to Poland and arrived at 2 a.m., but there was no hot water for a shower, and the heating was off even though it was November. The receptionist barely understood English. Although I asked to pay in euros, I was charged in my own currency, which matters if you're using a Revolut card.

Our car gave us trouble in the middle of the night, and the staff were a huge help. They got everything sorted in the end. Thanks to them, we'll stay here again next time. Love.
