Penzion Formula

It was okay.

I can praise things too, but what happened at Formula was one big disaster. We booked a funeral gathering for 30 people. The food wasn’t ready on time, then it was cold, and the children’s portions were small. The potatoes were old, and the roast came covered in dark sauce with just two tiny pieces of meat. I felt they hadn’t received enough food and had patched it together from leftovers. Then they charged us for 30 portions even though 26 of us came. They said they’d pack up the rest, but that never happened. It seemed they had prepared only a little, yet still charged us for everything. I was ashamed in front of my whole family, and the gathering cost 500€. Never again, Formula.

It’s a pleasant, cozy guesthouse in a really convenient location, and the staff are very helpful. The reception isn’t open around the clock, but they have a safety deposit box so you can collect your room key at any time, which is great. It’s a shame the cleanliness lets it down. There were huge cobwebs under the room ceilings, spiders on the curtains, and dried juice pulp on a glass in the restaurant. These shortcomings spoil the impression and could put clients off. I wish you many satisfied customers.
