The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a handy spot in central Trnava, a short walk from the main square and train station. The rooms are standard, clean and have a fully stocked minibar. The bed felt a little firm, but I still slept comfortably. It's mostly quiet, though you may hear people in the halls in the morning or bells from the nearby church. Breakfast is picked from a menu and brought to your table. The reception closes overnight, so call ahead if you'll be arriving late to arrange check-in.

The staff were great, and the rooms are very classy. The main issue was noise from other rooms. We could hear footsteps and some voices. Thankfully, it was a quiet hotel and everyone went to bed early, though workers could be heard around 6:30 in the morning. I don't think the soundproofing can really be improved, so that's just how it is. Light sleepers might want to avoid it or ask for a room away from occupied ones.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the location worked really well. The staff were terrific, always kind and helpful. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, which makes handling a lot of luggage tricky. The bathroom layout may also feel awkward if you’re larger.
