The only good thing here was the reception staff, who were helpful and nice. Too bad I can't give stars just for them. Prices went up in the middle of the contract, which I can partly understand because general energy costs were rising. But once it got really hot, they wanted to charge extra to use the air conditioning that was included in the room. Unacceptable. I'd recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

The room was clean, but really old-fashioned. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, literally. Nearby, there are only two places, a pizza place and a pub where the staff don't even speak English. Guests have to carry the key card everywhere, even to use the lift, which gets annoying. If you end up here, you can at least listen to the radio in the rooms. The technology is at its finest! Better find a hotel with a better location.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were spotless. The beds were better than in a 5-star hotel. There's nice parking fully in the shade, and good food nearby. The building is quite old and some of the furniture is too, but everything worked.

This definitely isn't 4 stars. Parking costs 10eur a night, even though it's outside the city centre. The shower was impossible to use properly because the hose is too short and there's no holder. Breakfast had little choice and didn't really feel continental for a 4-star hotel. I left my Samsung earphones in the room; when I called reception that afternoon, they said nothing had been found.

The cleanliness is at an enviable level, and breakfast is solid. The hotel is really great, though it's outside the city, about 20 minutes by tram from Kamenne namestie station. My only complaint is the pool's opening hours.
