The natural setting is gorgeous, and the hotel is great, with lovely rooms and good service. There’s bowling, table tennis, a swing, and a relaxing bath, plus walks where you can breathe in the fresh air. I love this place and highly recommend it.

For a three-star hotel, the quality is top notch, and the mountain setting is beautiful. Families with kids and anyone who enjoys nature and wants some peace and time to relax would fit right in. The staff are amazing and the service is high quality. The food tastes great, and you can tell it’s made with fresh, good-quality ingredients. Rooms are updated, nice, and very clean. They really make guests feel special and cared for.

The natural surroundings are lovely, and even during a hot summer the nights are cool. The swimming pool is good, and the lifeguard was friendly. The weak points were the restaurant and the accommodation quality. If you have dietary restrictions, choosing food is a problem. The chef seems to make only a basic distinction between vegetarian food and a normal diet. Service took a long time too. We sat on the terrace for two hours, and the waitress came by just once. The restaurant closes at 10 pm, and after the kids finally go to bed there’s nowhere else to get a drink and talk with friends. The small details are letting this hotel down.

We came as four families with friends for New Year’s Eve, a week ago, and were amazed by how cheerful and professional this three-star hotel felt. The facilities cover a lot: squash, bowling, ping-pong, darts, billiards, a mini-disco, an indoor heated pool, saunas, and massages. It’s right in a tourist area, with lots of hiking trails starting from the hotel. We took the kids sledding, and there are smaller ski slopes too. The food was marvelous, and the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. The owners were very kind to us as well. For the New Year’s program, they put on fireworks bigger than anything I’d seen at an Olympics final show. They went on for 13 minutes, with what seemed like a thousand rockets. We left with great memories. I highly recommend the hotel for families with small children and hikers. It’s a perfect choice for the price.
