Mountain Resort Ždiar - Chalets

Very, very disappointed. A week before our visit, I contacted them and gave them my email so they could send the reservation details and bank information for the deposit. I had to send two messages asking whether they’d sent it, and got no reply. My wife then tried several times before finally getting an email with our dates and the prices for that period, but no bank details for the deposit. She asked about that and was told everything was fine, the deposit wasn’t needed, and the house would definitely be available since our visit was so close. We drove there in the evening with our two kids, one of them little, and found out we had no reservation. Imagine driving to another country only to be left stranded. Even before we set off, we’d sent another message to let them know we were on our way. Completely unprofessional. I seriously don’t recommend it.

The view is breathtaking from the moment you step outside. The apartment itself is fantastic, beautifully designed, and feels just like home. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could need during our stay. A lovely place in a lovely mountain village, and truly a home away from home.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the surroundings were wonderful. The rooms were very clean too. We spent four wonderful days here with my wife. If we come to the Tatras, we’ll stay here again. We’re grateful for everything! ❤️❤️❤️

The view is outstanding, and the apartments have a bathroom, a large bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, though it’s missing a coffee maker. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was okay, with room for more variety, but everyone should find something tasty.
