Breakfast was nicely presented and very good, and we felt welcome from the start. Check-in went smoothly even though the woman at reception spoke little English. The secure parking behind the building was handy, though by car you have to loop around the block to reach it. On a bike, you can squeeze through a narrow passage between the buildings. The room had no fridge, which we found odd. There was an A/C, but it didn't work. We only wanted it briefly, so that bothered us less than the missing fridge.

The breakfast had loads to choose from, including fresh bread and rolls, ham, cheese, jams, eggs, cereal, milk, juice, coffee and tea. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable, and the service was friendly and very polite. It was just right for our stay. We'd happily come back.

We got back at 22 to a completely dark hotel, with no electricity and nobody at reception. No one answered the phone either, so we ended up changing hotels in the middle of the night. We got no refund, just an apology. Maybe it was a one-off, but I'm not going back to find out, and I hope it doesn't happen to you.

The price was pretty low, and the staff were kind and pleasant. Breakfast was really good, and the bed was clean. But there were insects in the lamp, some “yellow dirty thing” under the bed, and the bathroom door was broken in. No TV channels, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. 😡 Still, this is the best Hotel in Zdiar to visit! 😉😊

The rooms were grand, and the service was attentive and excellent. Breakfast was good too, especially the coffee.
