Mbaye, the restaurant supervisor, made a real difference. He was attentive, professional, easy to reach, and clearly cared about looking after guests. The gym was another highlight, with lots of space and good equipment for keeping up my routine on the road. I was at Courtyard by Marriott Diamniadio for the first time this week, and the modern hotel felt very new, clean, and welcoming. Thanks to Mbaye and the team for a positive first visit. I'll be back.

The buffet dinners were amazing, and breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff made me feel genuinely welcome. For me, this is the best hotel in Senegal, without a doubt!

I spent one night at Marriott and came away impressed again. The food had some variety and was enjoyable, and the staff were always ready to help make things comfortable. Marriott is still my favorite hotel chain, and it's the one I choose when I travel. Highly recommended.

2/10
There were lots of flies in the restaurant, around the food and buffet, and I saw them sitting on the salad. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very bad, and the staff service was very bad too. I expected something different from a Marriott. This is the worst hotel in the network.

The phone service was rude and unprofessional. I called from my room, and it took the woman 30 minutes to give me a WhatsApp number so I could message for the room service menu. Their QR code doesn't work with a free QR code generator. The way reception spoke to me as a guest was unacceptable for a Marriott Bonvoy hotel, and there was no manager available to respond or speak with me.
