The conference facilities are fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is good. Staff are well trained, too. It’s in a great spot right by the sea, with architecture similar to many of the addition blue hotels.

The staff are a big part of what makes Noom Hotel Dakar Sea Plaza feel so comfortable. They were attentive, professional, and clearly wanted guests to be happy. The whole place has a polished but welcoming feel, with a modern design and wide views over the Atlantic. I found the facilities suited both work and downtime, from the meeting rooms and fitness center to the infinity pool facing the water. The rooms have sleek furnishings, comfortable beds, and the amenities you’d expect from an upscale international hotel. There’s also a good mix of local and international food, prepared with care. For a stay in Dakar, the hotel brings together contemporary style and Senegalese character, with a warm, elegant atmosphere.

I’ve stayed in many Four Seasons hotels and traveled to more than 140 countries, so I know what good service feels like. My four weeks at Noom Dakar easily rank among the top two or three hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back in Dakar in a few weeks, and Noom is the only place I plan to stay. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel is gorgeous, and the food was exceptional, especially Ayoka. But what really set it apart for me was the staff. Anta, Aroyala, Cashmire, and Sulaman, who cleaned my room, made a lasting impression. I think it’s the best hotel in Dakar, and I strongly recommend it. Don’t let the few negative comments put you off. Even this long review doesn’t quite capture how impressed I was or how much I enjoyed my stay.

The room had plenty of space and a great ocean view, and the pool stayed clean without ever getting crowded. We also tried several of the restaurants and spent time at the rooftop bar. The food was outstanding, as good as meals we’ve had around the world. The front desk team looked after us from the minute we arrived, and they responded quickly on WhatsApp whenever we needed something. Having Sea Plaza mall connected to the hotel was handy for cheaper lunch options and picking up soft drinks for the room. I loved our stay at the Noom. If you’re going to Dakar, put it near the top of your list.
