8/10
The bed was extremely comfortable, the facilities impressed me, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. The service was great too. The only thing I personally missed was a pool. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this turned out to be a really good hotel, and the location was perfect for me. It’s not in the best part of town, though I liked getting a feel for both the poorer and better parts of the city instead of staying in the usual tourist areas. I’d recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but I expected more from the hotel. Our room was dusty, and the bathroom looked very dirty and poorly built. The water pressure was well below standard. There was no menu available at the restaurant, and breakfast was very poor.

The rooms were clean, attractive, and nicely designed, and the reception service was excellent. The location worked well for business.

A good choice for a short stay in the heart of Medina in Dakar, especially for business travelers passing through.

This isn’t a classy hotel, and the location feels offbeat. The food wasn’t inspiring either, so I had to go out to find something to eat.
