Great location, a very clean hotel, and good service for travellers from abroad. The hotel caters to its customers, and there’s a small breakfast bar in the mornings. Room cleaning was good once I requested it. I’d stay there again. The woman at the front desk locked me out of my room and had an attitude, but the man at the counter made up for her rudeness. He helped arrange a taxi and knew the restaurants in the neighbourhood.

This was a horrible experience. I booked rooms for my whole family and had printed confirmation as proof. When they arrived, the hotel said it had no record of the booking. I showed the paperwork to the front desk, but the woman there simply said they had no rooms and hadn’t received the booking. The service and attitude were so bad, I’ve never encountered such an irresponsible hotel. Please don’t book here. It was really awful.

The rooms were clean and very nice. The hotel is right in the heart of Paramaribo, and the price was very reasonable.
