Chaniel was adorable, and the restaurant food was better than at many places in the city, though vegetarians could use more options. I also liked the ice machines on the first floor. The pool is small, but fine for a quick dip, and the hotel makes a nice base for exploring. My one issue is the eco policy: rooms aren't serviced daily, which I don't mind, but making the beds each visit without changing the sheets would be nice. Staff still brought fresh towels every day despite the signs saying they'd only replace towels left on the floor. Washing and drying them daily uses a lot of water, so the hotel should either follow its eco pledges or drop them.

I spent over three weeks here and enjoyed the relaxing surroundings, tasty meals, and courteous, helpful staff. The pool at eco is small, though guests can use the larger pool and amenities at torarica resort. I'd strongly recommend staying.

There are three places to eat and a pool, and we can recommend the menus. The rooms aren't spacious, but they're good for freshening up and getting a decent night's sleep.

The staff are what made Eco the best place I've stayed in for a long time. They went out of their way to accommodate me, and I'll definitely return. I was visiting family for 10 days; my room was clean, though the central air made it a bit cold at night and offered little control over the temperature. The food was delicious, and the location worked well, with entertainment and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
