The staff were lovely and did their best with the projector, which looked like it was from the '90s. Watching UK football on it was barely passable. You get free soft drinks while gambling, too. The location is a little rough, though taking a taxi solves that.

My husband and brother-in-law spent time at the casino and had nothing but praise for the staff. I found the staff pleasant as well, and the rooms were clean with a very comfortable bed. The hot water did run out, which is why I didn't give it five stars. Aside from that, everything was great.

I'm local and like to gamble a bit too much on my days off. Sometimes I have a couple of complimentary drinks and nod off while waiting for my friends to finish. I've seen other gamblers sleeping without anyone stepping in, and I've waited to see whether staff would address it. They don't. But I've been rudely watched and disciplined on several occasions. I can only guess it's because I'm local, since I don't understand why I don't get the same treatment.
