Guests get full use of the facilities. This beachfront ranch has direct access to the sea and the estuary. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two family rooms with a bunk bed and a double bed. There’s also an air-conditioned living room with a TV and Wi-Fi, 15 mattresses, and a bathroom. The villa’s other living areas have TVs, cable, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, and there’s a kitchen with a breakfast bar. Kayaks and boards are included in the price, with no extra charge. For cooking, there are three kitchens: a city kitchen with an electric stove, a wood-burning stove, and a gas grill for outdoor barbecues. Outside, there’s dining space for 12 people and three lounges. The pool has an indoor jacuzzi, an artificial waterfall, and a children’s play area. Pets are welcome, but owners are responsible for their care.
