The beach is incredible, and El Cuco is a fun town to visit. We spent a day there, a five-minute walk from the hotel, and I recommend seeing the town and experiencing its culture. El Salvador was lovely to visit, and we'll be back to celebrate again. We were here for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and it was spectacular. The service, cleanliness, food and drinks were all great, and booking surf lessons and massages was easy. The staff were incredibly kind, especially since my Spanish is terrible. I'll be better when we come back! I wish I'd known how small the Golden Suite was before booking. We asked on arrival if a larger room was available, but there wasn't one. They were booked up and doing well, so we made the most of the cozy room.

We had a quiet, relaxing, romantic stay at Vista Las Olas Surf Resort, with a beautiful stretch of El Salvador's coast around us. It was my girlfriend's first trip to the country, and she absolutely loved it. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived. William, our waiter, was especially attentive and always there when we needed something. The food was good overall, though I would've liked a few more choices on the menu. Between the setting and the service, dining still felt memorable. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic place by the ocean.

We loved the food and drinks, and the staff were professional with stellar customer service. My family and I didn't want to leave this beautiful place. The private beach and one-of-a-kind sunsets were wonderful, and it's a great spot for stargazing. What a paradise!

The hotel grounds are small but beautiful and well maintained, and the food was good. Service was very friendly. The semi-private beach lagoon is easy to access, too. The location is amazing, though it could be challenging for people with walking disabilities.

Fantastic place, with amazing customer service. It's very private and clean. The only downside was the slow internet and frequent connection problems. Once you're in your room at the end of the day, you can't stream shows, not even YouTube.
