The pool became part of our everyday routine during the month my wife, our 10 month old daughter, and I spent at Wave House in El Zonte. It's a beautiful, relaxing space, great for family time or having friends over. The bartenders quickly became friends, and made some of the best cocktails we had on the trip. We had six visitors, friends and family, during the month, and every one of them loved the place. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well designed, with the quality we wanted for a longer stay. The property as a whole is clearly cared for and thoughtfully put together. Staff were consistently responsive and helpful, whether we had a small request or needed logistics coordinated, and they handled things quickly and professionally. The surf access is about as good as it gets. You can walk straight out and reach one of the best breaks in El Salvador so easily, a huge plus if you're staying for a while. Wave House exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for comfort, location, and a great stay in El Zonte, I'd easily recommend it.

El Zonte is just the right kind of sleepy surf town, and staying here made it feel like I lived there. The rooms are fantastic, service is top notch, and there's loads of food within walking distance. All of El Salvador was amazing, but this is my favorite spot. The country felt friendly, safe, and clean. I'm glad I took the chance on something new. I had one of the best vacations of my life, and this is my new happy place.

Wave House was unreal, with a fun surf feel and an epic crew. It's the kind of place where you want to stay way longer than you planned. After long sessions in the water, the food was amazing, and the staff and service were truly world class. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We rented a car to explore El Salvador, and this location worked perfectly. There was plenty of parking, and with a guard on the property 24/7 opening and closing the gate and keeping watch, we felt safe even late at night. My spouse and I stayed almost a week and really enjoyed it. The room was modern and clean, check-in was easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great restaurants and local mom-and-pop shops are close by. We did run into a couple of minor issues, but the staff sorted them out promptly without hesitation. The stay was definitely worth it, and we'd happily recommend the place and stay again. Thanks to the Wave House staff, and Happy New Year!

We rented the ocean-view two-bedroom and were surprised by how much space and light it had, even better than we expected. The bartender by the pool was super nice. Such a calm, very clean place, and the best spot in El Zonte!
