The Azul room had two double beds and was clean and spacious. We loved the atmosphere around the grounds, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and delicious, served in a jungle-like seating area. Their Jamaica tea was the best we’ve had aside from making it ourselves. The organic grocery store sells things that are hard to find elsewhere in El Sal, like sprouts and kombucha. Parking takes some figuring out, but the attendant guides you. The neighborhood is easy to walk around and felt safe even at night. My husband woke up during the night and was surprised by how quiet it was for a city. We’d happily stay again.

Breakfast was delicious and came in a charming little garden, and there are some amazing restaurants just a walk away. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were so friendly. I booked without expecting much, but ended up loving the experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the spacious yellow room, which looks out over the parking lot and street. It had a refrigerator and somewhere to hang clothes, and breakfast was included. The hotel is cute, with a great location and helpful staff. I did wish there were a mirror where I could get close and have good lighting all around. The cold-water sink handle kept coming loose, and by the second day the bathroom smelled of sewage.

You can have breakfast in the jungle setting and still walk to attractions, five-star restaurants, and the Presidential Place shopping experience. The hotel, restaurant, and shopping were wonderful, with international-quality craftsmanship and dining.

Parking is a real headache here, so be ready for trouble getting the car in. Even with that, I’d stay again. The room was very comfortable, the hot water was actually hot, the internet was strong, and the smart TV made signing into Netflix and Google TV easy. Breakfast was decent, though it could be much better. All in all, a great option and still five stars for me.
