The rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient. Everything looked spotless, and check-in was easy. There are places to eat on site, including breakfast and a club room. The price is high, but you get what you pay for 😇. The staff were courteous and friendly.

If you enjoy city nightlife sounds and music, you'll hear plenty here. We love coming back to Sheraton Presidente: the rooms are clean and welcoming, and the food and service are exceptional. Management and attendants treated us splendidly. It feels like regal treatment.

Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both fine, and the service was fantastic each time. The food was just alright. A few other restaurants are walkable, though remember the hotel sits on a hill. The room felt very dated and badly in need of a refresh. It had a huge balcony, but no chairs. I couldn't find information about restaurant hours, and while the website says there's no room service, I saw dishes left outside a few rooms. There's a pharmacy vending machine in the lobby that also sells bottled water.

The hotel itself is nice, with a pool and peacocks. I couldn't find a Sheraton airport shuttle, despite being told one was available. I emailed the hotel and got no response, but reached them the day before check-in and arranged for a car. That worked well: the driver was waiting with a sign showing my name. The airport is 30 miles away.

For this price, I'd expect more. The rooms, pool, and other accommodations need a major update, like others have said. Staff were okay at best. There are much nicer places in the area that cost less.
