We stayed a few nights in UNIT #802, hosted by Arquimides Villatoro. The fridge wasn’t cooling when we arrived, and our food spoiled. After we contacted Arquimides, he gave us a small temporary fridge to use. Two weeks after checkout, he’s now asking for $1,049, saying we “broke the fridge's compressor.” That’s ridiculous. We have chat proof where he said, “Yeah, we tried fixing it, but it didn't work.” Trying to bill us for this two weeks after we left is unacceptable. Complete fraud, stay away from these hosts.

We spent half a night at apt#505, hosted by daniel and Melanie. Now they’re asking us to pay for a window we didn’t break. Airbnb is taking their side too, which makes it seem like they’re in on the scam. Watch out for these people. We just wanted to have fun, but they don’t care and want money we don’t owe. Don’t stay here, especially in apt#505.

The WhatsApp group for the building made things easy. I used it to let people know about deliveries and when guests or family were coming by, and ordering groceries and food through UberEats was sooo easy. The staff were wonderful too, especially Auroa** who seemed to be in charge, and the security guard Raphael.

There’s so much here: a pool, gym, workspace, movie theater, rooftop terrace, climbing wall, game room, and giant checkers. The building is spacious and very clean, with bright hallways and elevators that worked well and had security cameras. There are gates, guards, and front desk staff, who were helpful and also have a whatsapp chat. The city and valcano views are beautiful, and there are lots of food options delivered to the complex. Best place to stay in San Salvador.
