The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms clean, and there were tasty breakfast options. In Zona Rosa, it's an ideal spot if you'd rather stay somewhere smaller and more comfortable than a large hotel.

We spent four nights here. The location was excellent and felt safe, and the staff were very helpful. Our room was on the small side, but it was clean and budget-friendly.

After a lengthy power outage at our original hotel in the middle of the night, we were moved to the Villa Florencia. The staff there went out of their way to fit us in. We had a cozy room with a comfortable bed, and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was included. The location is a major plus, in one of San Salvador's most accessible areas. We also felt safe walking around at night. Definitely recommend it.

The people working here are lovely and helpful, and they made me feel like family. Service was great, and breakfast was good. My cozy room had a big bathroom and the AC worked really well. There can be some noise at night, but it wasn't too bad. A great little hotel.
