The staff were friendly, and the hotel is nice. Breakfast for two is included in the price, with extra breakfasts costing $5 each. It felt a little pricey.

It was quiet and secure, and I slept well in the clean room. The service was pleasant, and breakfast comes with the stay, though the scrambled eggs were too greasy. Even with that, I had a good experience and would stay again.

The staff are amazing, very nice, and they make the place feel welcoming. Their excellent service makes up for some of the room issues. The rooms need more care and upgrades, especially the bathrooms and beds. Staying here gives you a feel for how people live in El Salvador. 👌

I had to clear the calcium buildup that was clogging the shower myself, and there was mildew around the door, fixture, and wall. The night receptionist ignored my four requests about the TV's static noise. I also saw receptionists playing video games on their computer. Nobody told me about the $5 charge for having a guest after 10pm, and I was expected to pay it on the spot.

The gated area felt secure, and the rooms were spacious with air conditioning. Breakfast offered a few choices, though they were pretty sparse.
