The location worked well, close to town where the carnival was happening. My friend picked this place because he'd stayed here on an earlier trip. The room was okay, though not what I'm used to, and the outside areas could use some attention. The view from my room wasn't what I expected either.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and there was someone ready to help around the clock. Such a friendly guesthouse. I'd recommend it!

I only gave it two stars because the location is convenient. Be careful with the rooms: the sheets on the bed I was checked into were really dirty.

The rooms were clean and the service was friendly. It's an affordable place in the middle of Philipsburg, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all an easy walk away.

Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and reasonably priced too. The place is well maintained.
